Saliba Street : ウィキペディア英語版 | Saliba Street Saliba Street, (شارع صليبة), which literally means "Cross Street", is one of the old main streets of Medieval Cairo, Egypt, it runs from the Citadel, in the north, to the Mosque of Ibn Tulun and Sayidda Zeinab Mosque in the south of it. the street includes many old Buildings, including Schools, Mosques, Hospitals, Courts, Kuttab, Mausoleums and Shrines.The Street, includes the largest mosque in Cairo, Area wise, and one of the oldest mosques in Africa, Ibn Tulun Mosque. it is a perfect example of a Mamluk Street, and has great indication of the Islamic Architecture in Egypt. ==Monuments of the Street==
